I also liked his interpretation of some doctrines of the Church. It made me want to get into the scriptures more and read what prophets have said about the “perilous times” the author describes. There’s no way to know if these visions are true, but when it’s read for the apocryphal account it is, it poses some interesting insight into what the last days could be like. The story is intriguing-a man is sharing his visions of the last days, and it’s incredibly detailed. But after reading the whole thing, I can only say this book is OK.įirst, the good things. I went into this book determined to be open-minded, and I honestly feel I gave it a chance.
